Reducing Homophobic Bullying In Schools

Research clearly shows there are strong links between homophobic bullying in schools and negative health outcomes for GLBT students such as mental health issues, self harm and suicide attempts. ACON strongly supports efforts at all levels to address homophobic bullying in school-based settings in order to improve the health and wellbeing of young GLBT people.
