Services

Our Needle + Syringe Programs (NSP) provide a range of services for people who use drugs.

  • Easy access to injecting equipment
  • Disposal of used equipment
  • Access to information
  • Support and crisis management
  • Health promotion services
  • Referral to external services
  • Blood Borne Virus service which includes information on HIV and hepatitis C, treatments, alternative therapies and prevention strategies.
  • Access to condoms

We also provide an NSP service via the Rover program at selected GLBT community events.

Illawarra

Where: 47 Kenny St, Wollongong
When: Monday to Friday
Time: 9am to 5pm


Sydney

Where: 9 Commonwealth St, Surry Hills
When: Monday to Friday
Time: 10am to 6pm

The Sydney branch provides a drop in space. 

 

Hunter

Where: 129 Maitland Rd, Islington
When: Monday to Friday
Time: 9am to 5pm

Tea and coffee available.

 

Lismore

Where: 27 Uralba St, Lismore
When: Monday to Friday
Time: 9am to 5pm (except Wednesdays 10am to 5pm)
