Most GLBT relationships are built on love and respect. Some are built on abuse and control. Abuse and control in a relationship is domestic violence.

The Another Closet website is an online resource for people in same-sex relationships who are experiencing domestic violence. It contains information on what domestic violence is, domestic violence in same sex relationships, what to do if you're experiencing abuse, making a crisis plan and details for a number of important referral services. It also has information on supporting a friend or family member who is experiencing abuse.
