ACON Illawarra Morning Exercise Group

Walking Group

 

ACON Illawarra offers a morning exercise group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:30am. The Monday and Wednesday groups are for all levels of fitness (there's a focus on maintaining a consistent pace and getting a good stretch rather than pushing limits and drowning in sweat) and there's also the option of a run on Friday mornings for the more adventurous.

If you’re a slow walker, that’s not an issue and we can adjust the group to the needs of those participating.
