The ACON Safe Sex Sluts are a group of volunteers who promote safe sex at GLBT community events by distributing condoms packs and information about safe sex.

The Sluts first stepped out onto Oxford Street in 1988. Since then they've worked in just about every GLBT bar and event including the Mardi Gras parade and party, Fair Day, Sleaze Ball, Hand in Hand, Inquisition, DIVA and Red Ribbon events.

Our Sluts have handed out millions of condoms and helped distribute an enormous amount of ACON safe sex information and resources, bringing a little fun and craziness with them wherever they go. The Sluts have shown enormous dedication and commitment to HIV awareness and ensuring our community has access to safe sex supplies.

If you'd like to become a Safe Sex Slut, you need to be fabulous and fun-loving and available for a 2 hour shift at selected community events.
