Due to the stay-at-home order for the Hunter region mandated by the NSW Government, our ACON Hunter office, including the Drop-In Sexual Health Clinic and NSP Service, will be temporarily closed from Friday 6 August until Thursday 12 August.
We hope to reopen on Friday 13 August.
We can still be reached via phone and online, however no face-to-face services will be available during this time. Links to our contact details and other support services are provided below.
This temporary closure has been enacted to ensure we continue to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our clients, community, and volunteers.
The thoughts and love of everyone here at ACON are with our communities, along with everyone in broader communities, impacted by this lockdown in the Hunter region.
During these challenging times, we urged everyone in our communities to:
- Get vaccinated as soon as it’s available to you
- Follow all public health orders
- Stay at home as much as you can
- Mask up when you’re out and about
- Reach out for support when you need it
