TORCH Study - Treatment Options To Reduce Chances Of HIV

The TORCH Study (Treatment Options to Reduce Chances of HIV) will explore how gay men in Australia use PrEP. Anti-retroviral medications (ARVs) help in managing the health of HIV-positive people.Some HIV-negative people also use ARVs to prevent transmission of HIV. This is called pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).

LGBTI Ageing Legal Rights & Advocacy

The Older Person's Legal Service, part of The Aged-Care Rights Service Inc (TARS), provides legal advice & referral to older LGBTI in NSW. They will be running a number of sessions in NSW throughout November and December that include information about consumer rights, human rights, elder abuse, financial exploitation and planning for later life. Residents of retirement villages can also be assisted with disputes.
